Define delegation
Separate what people decide, what an agent may propose, and what it may execute within policy.

I turn enterprise data architecture into agent-ready product systems: task delegation, tool permissions, MCP-compatible contracts, and human control.

The point is not to add another chatbot. It is to decide what an agent may do, which tools it may call, how people supervise the plan, and how the system recovers when autonomy fails.
Selected work
Govern and understand data, move it reliably in real time, then turn complex network signals into decisions. Each case is built for a focused interview walkthrough.
Govern · protect · query · assist
A permission-aware data platform with a governed agent spanning five tasks: explaining policy, generating queries, selecting tools, and guiding work without bypassing control.

I turn competing product, engineering, security, and operations priorities into a shared problem and decision model.
I map people, agents, tools, permissions, states, handoffs, and failure paths before teams commit to a surface.
UX specifications make behavior, validation, accessibility, and ownership reusable beyond a single handoff.
I carry work from problem framing through prototypes, validation, launch evidence, and reflection, then turn what worked into reusable team leverage.
Leadership profile
I joined Walmart in 2022 and lead UX strategy across secure data and developer infrastructure experiences. I work where policy, architecture, operations, and everyday behavior collide.
I am most useful when the problem is ambiguous, the system spans teams, and the answer needs to remain coherent after the first release.
My parallel research practice spans data mining, responsible AI, human–AI interaction, intelligent sensing, and network systems.
Before Walmart, I led zero-to-one product design across AI-assisted network tools, sensor-driven mobile interactions, and experimental camera experiences.
Translated AI/ML network optimization into a 3D planning experience for operators, modelers, and research teams.
Led directional sharing UX for an ultra-wideband mobile experience launched with Galaxy Note20, alongside patent work on gesture interaction.
Led an MVP camera experience designed for a mobile ecosystem of roughly 992 million active devices and showcased at a global industry event.
