-2022-2025: UX Lead - Walmart Smart Survey Platform(ConversationAlly):
ConversationAlly is Walmart's survey platform for identifying researchers' and sellers' pain points, with smart AI features. I led UX of big data user behavior testing (quantitative & qualitative), usability testing, UAT, and AI-related feature design. Team launched ConversationAlly products for Walmart associates / vendors' feedback collection, client targeting, and data visualizations. I led team's design sprint and cross-team collaborations. Mentor 1 designer.
Selected result for FY24: Improved UX journey for 780 research projects (217% of goal), $8.4M in research annually saved by retiring 3rd part tools for Walmart (155% of goal). Extend UX to 7,900+ unique self-serve users who launched 35,000 surveys for 1 million+ authorized community users, 30% increase in survey creation after simplified UX flow.
-2022-2025: UX Lead for Walmart Smart Product Platform(ATMT):
ATMT is Walmart's smart product platform for tracking ASUS, NPS, ratings, and bugs reports in survey miniApps, with AI applications.
Selected result for FY24: Improved UX onboarding process for 200+ teams with 309 products (214 actives), which is a 15% increase in team adoption and retention (127% of goal), $9.6M annual savings, impact of ConversationAlly miniAPP used by 2.1 million Walmart internal associates(Exp. Me@Walmart, Walmart gen-AI), which builds billions of Walmart incomes. Launched the MVP of ConversationAlly platform is integrated with ATMT, enabling better self-serve surveys and product data management. 100% accessibility P1 P2 bug-free.

Drupal Web builder UX + interaction redesign, which is an open-source platform provides a back-end framework for at least 2.3% of all websites worldwide. PoC launches with the design team, which input in later launched versions increasing users to about 1,180,000 sites by 2017/1.
